Terms of Service
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Gagan Baghel, who provides LexOrchestrate (“we”). By creating a workspace you accept them. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
The service
LexOrchestrate is a desktop application for advocates, with a service we run: judgment and statute search, research answers, AI drafting and analysis, case status, and synchronisation of your workspace. The desktop application is licensed to you, not sold, for use in your professional practice.
It is a research aid, not legal advice
Search results, research answers, drafts, chronologies and other output are produced by software, including AI, from third-party and public sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for your professional work: read every judgment and statute before you rely on it or cite it. Quotes the app marks as verified were found word for word in the source it names; that does not mean the source is still good law.
Trial, fees and renewal
- Every new workspace has a free trial of 14 days. No payment details are needed.
- After the trial the subscription is ₹999 a month or ₹9,999 a year per advocate, paid in advance.
- A paid period is extended by each payment we receive. If a period ends unpaid, your workspace becomes read-only after 3 days until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
- Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
Fair use
Each paid workspace includes up to 1,000 judgment searches and case-status checks and 200 AI requests a calendar month (a trial includes 300 and 60). Searching our own library and opening judgments already in it do not count. The app shows what you have used in Settings. Write to us if you need more.
Your data and your content
Your matters, documents and notes remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload and for keeping your client’s confidences, including by not typing confidential facts into judgment search.
Acceptable use
Do not share your account, attempt to access another workspace, copy the judgment library in bulk, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend a workspace that does, keeping its data readable to its owner.
Sources and attribution
Judgment search results are provided with the help of Indian Kanoon (indiankanoon.org). Supreme Court judgments in our library come from the Indian Supreme Court Judgments dataset on the Registry of Open Data on AWS, published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Judgments of Indian courts are public documents; our arrangement and software are ours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Offline features on your computer keep working when our servers or a source are unavailable. We may improve or change features; we will not remove your ability to read and export your own data.
Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time by not renewing, and close your account by writing to us. We may end these terms if you breach them, after notice where the breach can be remedied. Either way you can export your workspace first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India decide any dispute. Before going to court, write to us at gaganbaghelofficial@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
